3. Pricing and Orders

All prices are in INR inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or payment problems

  • Cash on Delivery (where available)

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • India-wide shipping (5-7 business days)

  • Tracking details shared after dispatch

  • Risk transfers to customer upon delivery

Delivery Issues

Customers must verify package condition at delivery.

6. Return, Refund and Cancellation

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if not dispatched.

Returns (Within 7 Days)

Eligible for return:

  • Damaged or defective products

Refunds
