Suggested Usage :
For Cooking:
Use as required for cooking and food preparation as part of a balanced diet.
For Hair & Scalp:
Apply a suitable quantity to the scalp and hair. Massage gently and leave for a suitable period before washing.
For Skin:
Apply a small quantity to clean skin and massage gently.
External application: Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue external use if irritation occurs.
