Ashtang Herbals Jay Mangal Ras (Swarna Yukta) is a traditional Ayurvedic herbo-mineral formulation prepared with purified and processed mineral ingredients, metallic bhasmas and herbal ingredients. It is associated with Ayurvedic management of acute and chronic fever, including fever of unknown origin. 

Ingredients : Shuddha Parad (purified mercury), Shuddha Gandhak (purified sulphur), Shuddha Suhaga (borax), Tamra Bhasma (copper calx), Bang Bhasma (tin calx), Suvarna Makshik Bhasma, Sindhav (rock salt), Kalimaree (Piper nigrum), Suvarna Bhasma (gold calx), Kant Loha Bhasma (iron oxide preparation), Raupya Bhasma (silver calx), excipient Gum Acacia (Acacia arabica) and Bhavana Dravya: Gulabful Ras (Rosa centifolia).

Dosage : 1–2 tablets twice daily, or as directed by the physician.
